**Asset Manager Job Overview**This role oversees the control, tracking, and movement of government and company-owned assets.Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate record of government and company-owned assets in the Master Government Property List.
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment to ensure its integrity.
  • Manage property transfers by coordinating documentation and related activities for efficient asset management.
  • Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare reports on lost, damaged, or stolen property to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Support Team to align asset management practices and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and resolve discrepancies promptly to prevent losses.
  • Prepare records and documentation to support internal, external, and government audits.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective asset handling, tracking, and control.
  • Monitor property-related contract requirements to ensure full compliance and avoid penalties.
