Property Financial Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced and detail-focused Property Accountant to oversee financial operations. As a key figure in our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
- Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.
- Utilize AppFolio for various property accounting tasks and data management.
- Collaborate with the in-house CPA team to ensure high-quality accounting services.
- Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Assist in other property accounting duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Property Accountant.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Proficiency with using AppFolio is strongly recommended.
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
