We are looking for a Customer Success Support who can provide ongoing support to our client and its customers. The role will support a start-up client who will help in writing SOPs, and learning the business in and out. You will also provide light email outbound sales to generate leads. As a Customer Success Support, you are expected to have excellent communication skills both written and and verbal.
What you'll be doing:
Assist the client in writing SOPs for the company.
Send pre-written outbound emails to generate leads or nurture leads.
Provide Level 1 support via email from customers regarding the services of the company.
Deliver recommendations in an effective manner
Assist in creating training materials.
Provide overall support as needed in relation to growing the business.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of customer success or similar role experience.
Experience writing Knowledge Base articles or SOPs is highly preferred.
Experience using Shopify as an admin or a user is highly desirable but not required.
Experience using Apollo is highly desirable but not required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM & help desk software.
A self-starter with success in the field
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
