Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Embedded Linux Engineer to drive business growth in the IoT and Devices sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in mission-critical industries such as Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Telco, as well as Consumer Electronics.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will engage with customers during presales to gather requirements and explain our technology.
  • You will develop solutions to be proposed to prospective clients.
  • You will participate in the delivery of select projects related to Embedded Linux.
  • You will convey market requirements to key stakeholders and help develop or refine generic solutions to unlock market potential.
  • You will act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor to the organization.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
  • Extensive experience in Linux, preferably with Debian or Ubuntu, is necessary.
  • Distribution/packaging experience (deb, rpm, etc.) is essential.
  • Solid embedded Linux experience (Yocto, Buildroot, etc.) is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust is necessary.
  • Professional written and spoken English, along with proficiency in the local language, is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to multitask is necessary.
  • A personal drive to meet commitments is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for customer meetings, company events, and conferences is necessary.
