About the Job

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to take their skills to the next level. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of our mission to revolutionize global talent expansion.

We are seeking a seasoned leader with expertise in developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms. Strong C and C++ programming skills for firmware are essential. A solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing is also required.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

The responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing embedded firmware using C and C++, defining technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

You will plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.

Requirements
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing
  • Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
