We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to client IT environments
  • Develop and maintain knowledge assets to promote client self-sufficiency and improve internal team efficiency
  • Collaborate with development, services, and support teams to drive issue resolution and improve client outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience in technical support or a related field
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
