Risk analysts are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with financial transactions. In this role, you will work closely with our team to monitor and investigate credit card processing activities, ensuring the security and integrity of our system.


You will be responsible for answering inquiries from our clients regarding risk management and disputes, providing them with a white glove customer experience while protecting our financial interests.


Additionally, you will complete risk assessments and reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate fraud and credit risk.


To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the payments risk industry, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.


You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.


A team player with a strong sense of integrity and ethics is essential for this role.
