We are seeking a skilled Financial Risk Analyst to join our team.

The Financial Risk Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess client creditworthiness. This includes preparing detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients, as well as collaborating with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance.

Responsibilities also include monitoring client portfolios and identifying potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions, maintaining accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions, and recommending credit limits and terms based on risk analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk, and support underwriting processes for property acquisitions, leases, and financing arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred), as well as 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis is required, along with familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are also essential.
