Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Business Assurance Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Business Assurance Lead will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of assigned business assurance processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in risk management, process improvement, and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement control enhancements, and provide expert advice on best practices and industry trends.

The Business Assurance Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all business processes are aligned with company objectives and that employees have the necessary skills and training to perform their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in risk management, process improvement, and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
