Recruitment Lead Role

The ideal candidate will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC, with a focus on Professional Services, and Commercial APAC Market Unit business units.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business units on recruitment needs, talent acquisition strategy, and process development.
  • Act as a strategic advisor/sparring partner to business leaders, supporting complex hiring mandates, employer branding initiatives, and proactive talent pipelining.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to shape and execute global hiring strategies, ensuring regional alignment and contributing insights from the APAC market.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with workforce planning, talent development, and organizational goals.
  • Lead sourcing efforts using your network, tools, and market insights to identify and engage top talent.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on APAC markets and preferably experience within Financial Services/Investment Management. They will also possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence hiring managers as a trusted advisor-grounded in deep market insight and recruitment expertise.
