This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business by connecting with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team.
- Accurately input information into our system to ensure seamless data management.
- Represent the company in the best possible light when conversing with contacts.
- Ensure all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company.
- Deliver reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives to enhance our services.
- At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting.
- Strong internet connection.
- Designated professional and quiet workspace.
- Amenable to working on a graveyard shift.
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible.
- Highly professional.
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
- Highly collaborative.
- Committed to continuous improvements and open to experimenting with new approaches and techniques in work processes.
