Role Summary:

The Financial Analyst will support the financial health and growth of our company by focusing on the analysis of financial performance across operational, investment, and strategic areas.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed financial models including forecasting, valuation models, and cash flow projections.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted results.

Key Responsibilities:

">Financial Analysis & Modeling">
  • Identify key drivers of financial performance and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Create and maintain rolling forecasts for cash flows, revenues, and expenditures.
  • Monitor and report on key financial ratios and performance indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics.
">Forecasting & Performance Tracking">
  • Develop and implement forecasting techniques to predict future financial performance.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
">Reporting & Decision Support">
  • Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports and dashboards to management.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and scenario modeling to support business planning and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CFM are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, financial ratios, and KPIs.
  • Excellent ability to communicate financial data clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.
