About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Corporate Finance Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide strategic financial analysis and support to stakeholders across the business.

In this position, you will be responsible for executing investments, divestments, mergers and acquisitions; developing and implementing group-wide financial policies; and identifying best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis to assess the impact of key factors on investment decisions and valuation.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of group-wide financial policies related to investments, divestments, mergers and acquisitions, and material capital expenditures.
  • Best Practice Identification: Identify and develop best practices across the organization that can be shared and institutionalized.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • CPA certification would be an advantage.
