About the Role

This pivotal role cultivates a seamless onboarding journey for new drivers. It demands exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the process, foster a positive applicant experience, and bolster overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish connections with drivers regarding their application to confirm qualifications.
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Guide drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive high conversion rates.
  • Proactively address issues and provide solutions.
  • Track and update necessary sheets to monitor progress in day-to-day operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack.
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented.
  • Availability during work hours and commitment to scheduled times.
  • Hard work ethic and reliability.
