We're looking for a Senior Coordinator, Cash Receipts to ensure accurate and timely posting of incoming payments, maintain clean account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies. You'll work closely with Finance, Revenue Controllers, and Local Office Cashiers to improve processes and maintain up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Post receipts, fund transfers, refunds, and payroll entries into financial systems.
  • Perform reversals/reapplications with proper documentation.
  • Reconcile daily bank statements with system postings.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes, acknowledge requests, and address inquiries.
  • Support process transitions, scope expansions, and ad hoc finance tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in cash receipts, cash application, or related finance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication ability.
  • Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial software a plus.
  • Flexible with shifts; hybrid work set-up required.
