About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a structured, opportunity-driven salesperson to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative – Channel. As a key member of our channel sales team, you will build strong relationships with partners and take ownership of delivering an exceptional customer experience through consistent engagement and advisory support.
You will contribute to the strategic planning of your territory by collaborating with key stakeholders across partner organizations. Furthermore, you will ensure that both internal and external resources are aligned to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with several internal stakeholders to reactivate previous customer relationships.
- Contribute regular forecasting updates to provide insights on revenue performance, hence planning, tracking, and reporting on financials.
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide regular reporting.
- Maintain strong, lasting relationships with our customers and key stakeholders, as well as generate new opportunities for increased market share and greater profitability.
- Focus on net new business by qualifying and processing leads received through various channels to meet KPIs for partner recruitment.
- Team player that enjoys collaborating with customers with a quality-conscious mindset.
