
Strategic Customer Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing key customer accounts, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
About the Role- Priority: Vendor-side account management
- Manage high-value client accounts
- Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
- Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
- Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
- Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
- Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
- Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Review project requests from clients and configure projects/quotes on the platform
- 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
- Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
- B2B account management
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
- Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
- Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- US time zone availability required
