Customer Service and Intake Specialist Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented candidates to fill the position of Financial Services Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, gathering information regarding potential claims, and entering details into a case management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding client's potential claims.
- Gather details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
- Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads.
- Assign all leads created to account executives.
- Provide best caller experience to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
- Possess strong computer skills and internet skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Keen to detail.
- Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM.
- Strong time management.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Home Office Requirements:
- Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
- Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better.
- Noise cancelling headset.
- Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
- Dual monitor.
