Financial Services Representative Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented candidates to fill the position of Financial Services Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, gathering information regarding potential claims, and entering details into a case management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to gather relevant information regarding client's potential claims.
  • Gather details regarding plaintiff information, attorney information, case types, prior litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage.
  • Enter all details and information into the case management system and create leads.
  • Assign all leads created to account executives.
  • Provide best caller experience to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
  • Possess strong computer skills and internet skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
  • Keen to detail.
  • Meet typing requirement of 40 WPM.
  • Strong time management.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better.
  • Noise cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor.
