Position Title: Intake Specialist

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to handle calls, manage inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recommending solutions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.


What Youll Do:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls

  • Provide a high level of service

  • Ensure quality satisfaction

  • Offer products and service to existing customers

  • Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email

  • Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customers requests

  • Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems

  • Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience Maintain detailed records of customer

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any field

  • A minimum of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account)

  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

  • Good time management and task management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient computer and technical skills

  • Able to demonstrate initiative

  • Attention to detail
