This role is a crucial position in the firm, serving as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and community members. The Reception and Intake Specialist will work closely with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional service and ensure smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client support, including responding to emails, resolving issues, and updating CRM systems.
  • Respond to incoming messages within one business day.
  • Gather information from clients via phone and complete intake forms.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Two years of working night shifts.
  • Demonstrates a learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
