We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing business data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

  • Marketing & Campaign Insights: Analyze multi-channel marketing efforts, define clear data collection processes, and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization: Assess the full customer journey from onboarding to advocacy, identify friction points, and specify data needs for segmentation and personalized outreach.
  • Growth Strategy & Performance: Collaborate with the Growth Director to define key growth metrics, build quarterly reports, and review the marketing portfolio.
  • Marketing Performance & Analytics: Establish and monitor performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, set benchmarks, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with event analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
