Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support financial operations and general business tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management (50%)
- Manage and record financial transactions, process invoices, receipts, and payments, reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries, assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks or similar software, handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Compile financial reports and present them to the Finance Director and CEO.
- Assist with knowledge base data management.
- General Administrative Tasks (50%)
- Manage emails and correspondence, organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and calendar management using Google Calendar or Calendly.
- Support project management tasks using Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Follow up via email, chat, and/or phone, conduct online research and data entry tasks.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
