Project Manager Solar Installation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of rooftop solar systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, logistics, construction) to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, track progress, and resolve deviations or delays proactively.
  • Organize and participate in project kick-off meetings, regular progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.

Technical Requirements:

  • Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (solar/renewable energy focus is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in solar EPC project execution or project engineering.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, construction workflows, and EPC project lifecycles.
  • Proficient in project planning tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
