Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar Project Manager to oversee the successful execution and delivery of solar power projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies, as well as experience in project management, construction oversight, commissioning and testing, and project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Manage project scope, ensuring that all deliverables are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in solar energy projects, including ground-mounted and/or rooftop solar installations.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems design, construction, and operations.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project execution, including permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Familiarity with working alongside or managing EPC contractors.
  • Solid knowledge of grid connection standards, electrical safety codes, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and able to manage schedules, budgets, and risks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, and regulatory teams.
