NetSuite Project Manager

As a seasoned NetSuite professional, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project outcomes, while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to translate client business requirements into tailored NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead multiple concurrent NetSuite projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide guidance to project teams, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
