Project Manager Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for clients who have purchased our website products.


This involves guiding clients through the website production process until their site is launched, acting as a liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule, and regularly reporting project progress to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients through the website production process until their website is launched.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and the development team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope and schedule.
  • Report project progress regularly to clients.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage website projects in production.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Track and resolve web project issues.
  • Create and deliver project status reports.
  • Understand clients' goals and advise on achieving them.
  • Ensure clients receive services needed to meet their business goals.
  • Support internal and client projects.
  • Coordinate with the Los Angeles office via phone and email.
  • Anticipate project errors before clients contact support.
  • Launch projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance.
  • Review websites proactively for issues and revisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and development team.
  • Maintain low escalation rates.
  • Manage weekly non-contacts.
  • Complete and pass Advanced IDX training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects.
  • Background in art and design is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience servicing U.S./North American clients.
  • Experience with internet-related products like web hosting and design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Wordpress is a plus.
  • Willing to work at night, Monday to Friday, 12:00 am to 9:00 am.
