Strategic Data-Driven Insights for Global Philanthropy

The Fred Hollows Foundation is a leading International NGO working to eradicate avoidable blindness worldwide. Our ambitious global fundraising Campaign aims to make a catalytic change in the battle against vision loss.

A key pillar of our campaign is strategic and effective prospect research. We seek an experienced Prospect Research Consultant to provide high-level insights, analysis, and reporting in support of our US and UK markets.

This role will involve:

  • Developing strategies to identify potential partners and donors whose interests align with our sight-saving work.
  • Conducting in-depth research on individuals, corporations, and foundation prospects through financial, biographical, and organisational sources.
  • Analysing donor databases to proactively identify new prospects and increase the pipeline.
  • Building strong relationships with fundraisers and relationship managers to link data and research to prospect approaches.
  • Researching and preparing biographies and briefing materials for senior staff and volunteers.
  • Managing prospect research documentation and ensuring accurate information is maintained and updated across all files and CRM databases.
