Exceptional Customer Service Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and redirect them to respective departments when necessary.
- Finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer's issue.
- Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews.
- Attending to administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account.
- 1 Year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
- A reliable internet connection - No Pocket Wifi.
- Monthly Salary: ₱25,200-₱32,000.
- Monthly Employee Recognition Awards up to ₱4,000.
- Internet Reimbursement up to ₱2,000 Per Month.
