About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing high-quality responses, and assisting customers with orders, shipping, and product details.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
