Key Responsibilities:- Phone Etiquette and Communication: Utilize proper phone etiquette to deliver outstanding customer service for incoming calls across various cases and projects.
- Effective Problem-Solving: Communicate effectively to address customers' needs, provide accurate information, process inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Procedures: Document all calls accurately and follow established procedures as dictated by policy.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured rules and regulations on the call center floor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- 18 Years or Older
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience, Call Center Experience, and Desktop Applications Experience
- Effective Communication and Literacy Skills
- Professional Proficiency in English and Target Language
- Ability to Deal with Customers from Diverse Backgrounds
- Excellent Computer Skills with Quick and Accurate Typing
- Quality Customer Service Skills
- Decision Making and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
