Job Overview

As a Support Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve managing escalations, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

">Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a support team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of production environment experience, with a strong background in SQL and team leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).

  • Cloud systems experience, with a focus on networking and storage.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce administration experience, with knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery.

  • Utility industry or Smart Grid experience, with ITSM/ITIL knowledge.
