
Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Facilities Administration Manager to improve and manage office operations and create a great workplace environment.
This role will involve leading and managing the admin team, ensuring reports are clear and updates are shared on time. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors and contractors, preparing office budgets, and tracking spending.
Additionally, this role will require identifying problems and finding solutions to keep the office running smoothly and growing. The Facilities Administration Manager will work closely with local and global legal teams on PH-related matters and minimize disruptions to work while keeping the office safe, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the admin team.
