About the Role

Supply Chain Legal Expert is a senior legal position responsible for providing critical legal support to the Supply Chain team. This involves ensuring strategic objectives are met while maintaining best-in-class supply chain operations.


The role requires a deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks impacting complex supply chains. Key responsibilities include managing litigation avoidance, mitigating legal and regulatory risks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic legal support for special projects.


This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer with a strong background in contract law, litigation management, and regulatory compliance to join our organization and contribute to the success of our Supply Chain team.



Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an effective integrity and governance infrastructure embedded in all supply chain operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of supply chain-related contracts, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic legal support for special projects, including sustainability initiatives and new product launches.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Law (LLB) required; a Master's in Law (LLM) is highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with a significant portion gained in both a reputable law firm and a manufacturing company.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and strategic thinking.
