We are seeking a talented digital marketing professional to join our team. As a key player in enhancing our brand's visibility, you'll be responsible for managing social media communications and executing marketing strategies that resonate with the right audience.

About the Role:

  • Prioritize and manage social media calendar to maximize engagement
  • Create engaging social media posts using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Develop social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
  • Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot to drive brand awareness
  • Conduct monthly reporting and provide insights for optimization of social media channels
  • Collaborate with the content team on job content and testimonials
  • Implement a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
  • Update website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality
  • Assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients

Your Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
