Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, builder role where you'll:

  • Optimize our appointment setting process
  • Document and refine outreach systems
  • Book high-quality calls with founders and decision-makers in service-based B2B companies
  • Prepare for a future step-up into onboarding and managing new sales hires

You'll begin with a commission-based trial to prove performance and fit. After demonstrating consistent results in generating qualified live calls and contributing to closed deals, we aim to offer a longer-term contract with increased earning potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales
  • Track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Strong cold calling experience - confident handling gatekeepers and objections
  • Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
  • Self-starter mindset - comfortable building processes and working without a pre-set playbook
  • Comfortable starting with a commission-based trial tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
