Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring and developing a team of offshore analysts to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.

Leadership & Management
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.

As a leader in the field, you will ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable and well-structured analyses and reports.

Analytics Delivery
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Recruit, Train & Collaborate
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations and set performance goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes and best practices across the global analytics function.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.

Applicants should possess a strong educational background, typically a bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, computer science or a related field.

7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role, is also required.

Proficiency in using Circana, Nielsen syndicated data and Thinkcell is desired.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills are essential.

A solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management is also necessary.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach, are expected.
