- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base by creating and updating helpful articles.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.
- Meet or exceed performance goals for case volume, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain expertise in multiple products and technologies to provide comprehensive support.
