Overview

TESZARA Japan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English teaching professional to join our team as an English Teaching Administrative Specialist Part-Time.

Salary

We offer a competitive hourly rate of PHP 225 - 330, negotiable depending on skills and experience. We are committed to providing fair compensation for our employees.

Job Description
  • Conduct engaging English lessons for Japanese adults and children in onsite (daytime) and online (evening) settings.
  • Greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Participate in business development meetings to drive company growth and success.
  • Support staff in project-based work, utilizing organizational and time management skills to achieve goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson databases and teaching materials, staying up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Prepare and update company lessons, learner reports, and recommendations, applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Availability for part-time face-to-face classes in Makati City and/or Bonifacio Global City and online evening classes on weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays.
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • English language proficiency at a fully fluent level (oral and written).
  • Teaching experience, preferably in a business setting.
  • Business experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Solid organizational skills and familiarity with basic PC hardware/software troubleshooting, maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Ability to work well with others, demonstrating friendly, patient, and reliable behavior.
  • Self-disciplined with a positive attitude, driving personal and professional growth.
  • A working PC/laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps), a headset, and a microphone with clear sound, essential tools for remote work.
  • Willngness to learn and adapt to our teaching methods, embracing continuous improvement.
  • Availability for a 2-week paid training; probationary period of 3 months for part-time schedule, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
