Job Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging English lessons for Japanese adults and children in onsite (daytime) and online (evening) settings, adapting to diverse learning needs.
- Become a point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues in business development meetings, contributing to company growth and success.
- Provide administrative support in project-based work, utilizing organizational and time management skills to achieve goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson databases and teaching materials, applying knowledge of educational best practices.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights, informing decisions and driving business outcomes.
- Apart-time availability for face-to-face classes in Makati City and/or Bonifacio Global City and online evening classes on weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays.
- A degree from an accredited institution in any field.
- Native-like fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Teaching experience, preferably in a business setting.
- Business experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and client relationships.
- Organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, resolving issues and driving business outcomes.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in basic PC hardware and software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
