Responsibilities
  • Teach English language lessons to Japanese adults and children, adapting to their needs and abilities.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring seamless interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in business development meetings, identifying opportunities for growth and success.
  • Support project-based work, leveraging organizational and time management skills to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive lesson databases and teaching materials, reflecting best practices in education.
  • Prepare and update company lessons, learner reports, and recommendations, applying analytical skills to inform decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Apart-time availability for face-to-face classes in Makati City and/or Bonifacio Global City and online evening classes on weekdays, with occasional weekends and holidays.
  • A degree from an accredited institution in any field.
  • Native-like fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in a business setting.
  • Business experience is preferred but not mandatory.
