Accounts Payable Professional

We seek a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and payment details
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Ensure all invoices are properly approved and accounted for
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline AP operations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
