Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to facilitate the onboarding journey for new drivers. This pivotal role demands exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless process.

The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written English communication skills, at least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals, and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack. A positive attitude, diligence, and results-oriented approach are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive a high conversion rate.
  • Proactively address any issues and provide solutions.
  • Track and update sheets required to see progress in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • Available during work hours and can commit to scheduled times for work
  • Hard work ethic and reliability
