Mid-Senior Admin Support Position

This is a remote opportunity to support our team with administrative tasks and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced admin professional to join our team as a mid-senior level admin assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
  • Support financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical needs.
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain social media presence and engage with followers to promote our brand and services.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including Google Suite, MS Office, and Xero.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
