Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) while managing financial aspects such as payment processing and budget tracking. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning:
Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions and develop cohesive plans across departments. - KOL Management:
Identify, vet, and reach out to KOLs, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and fostering strong relationships. - Data Management:
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using tools like Tagger, maintaining a comprehensive KOL database. - Financial Coordination:
Process payments for KOLs, maintain payment documentation, and assist with budget optimization and tracking. - Reporting:
Prepare financial reports and assist in bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of KOL trends and campaign metrics.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools like Tagger.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with government regulations and basic taxation knowledge is a plus.
