Role Overview

This position involves leading marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with each brand's unique identity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant brands, including both high-end and casual concepts. They should be proficient in email marketing platforms, reservation systems, CRM platforms and online reputation management tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Marketing Strategy: Adapt marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand's style.
  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, maintain and update reservation platform profiles, monitor reservation data and generate actionable reports.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics and paid advertising results.

Suitable candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances. They should also have strong logical reasoning skills, exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills, and the ability to think creatively.

A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the role are also essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, using time-tracking software for payroll purposes, and having their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
