Virtual Marketing Leader

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Virtual Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative campaigns, building strong relationships with vendors, and leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.

This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proficient in HubSpot, and has experience managing vendors and freelancers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class services
  • Leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Build and manage segmented email campaigns and direct mail initiatives using HubSpot
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with business goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (marketing and sales automation)
  • Experience managing vendors and freelancers
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns
  • Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
