About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that boost foot traffic, sales, and overall mall experience. Your primary goal is to craft engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new trends and technologies in marketing, and propose innovative ideas based on your findings.
  • Events Management: Develop and execute yearly marketing events that consider market studies, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Create marketing programs to support specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Advertising: Analyze the effectiveness of current marketing strategies, optimize them as needed, and create a communication plan for the year/project. Design innovative advertising ideas to improve strategies.
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships: Establish partnerships with brands and external agencies to enhance marketing efforts. Identify potential strategic partner relationships.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure marketing plans are compliant with laws and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in marketing management.
  • Graduate of a 4-year degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising, or management-related fields.
  • Required skills: high-level communication, analytical, presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, Basic Photoshop, and photo/video editing.
