About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. In this critical role, you will be part of a global community dedicated to delivering high-quality technical support.

You will be responsible for managing ticketed query systems, ensuring comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are kept up-to-date, and escalating serious concerns to higher-tier support groups.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to guide decision-making and improve the customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills by establishing root causes of application errors and suggesting enhancements to our team tools and processes.

In addition, you will contribute to continuously improving our team's knowledge and skills by performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support, incident management, and system administration. Experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain and cryptocurrency is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist user inquiries on all supported platforms
  • Serve as an escalation point for community/customer experience
  • Accountable for managing ticketed query systems and ensuring comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are kept up-to-date
  • Establish root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to higher-tier support groups
  • Contribute to continuously improving team tools and processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support, and system administration
  • Knowledgeable in various UNIX/Linux commands and functions
  • Experience supporting highly automated and dynamic cloud-environments
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization
  • Curiosity to chase issues to root cause and roll-up sleeves to investigate and resolve unknowns
