Job Description: We are seeking an experienced intermediate accountant with a strong background in Australian accounting and tax compliance. The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Australian accounting experience and the ability to prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents to review stage with minimal review points.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of Div7A, FBT, and CGT, as well as excellent written communication skills to prepare clear and professional correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS to review stage with high accuracy.
  • Work across different entity types, including individuals, companies, trusts, and family groups.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Apply knowledge of Div7A, FBT, and CGT in preparing accurate tax outcomes for clients.
  • Liaise with managers and clients where required, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to minimize review points.
Qualifications/Skills:
