Senior Financial Specialist

As a key advisor, you will provide expert guidance to stakeholders and clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in problem-solving and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
- Prepare and review tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
- Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
- Active CPA license (required).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
